The song was written by Julieta Venegas and was recorded in Los Angeles, California, with producer Joe Chiccarelli. The song is about happiness, discussing ways to be happy, but also discusses how not everyone can find it.

In 2008, Venegas made a new version of the song for her performance on MTV Unplugged.[1]

Music video

The video was directed by Fernando Eimebke. In the video are some children, a nun dressed in religious clothing and Julieta. The video is about a Christmas.
